War, power, and history — these themes have been on my mind for a long time. Riding Forever and Collateral Innocence are part of a series in which I explore how past and present conflicts intertwine.

Riding Forever shows cyborg horses crossing Ukrainian wheat fields, while Collateral Innocence places symbols of innocence on a chessboard of modern warfare.
